Do you have a Live Arrival Guarantee?
You can click on the link below to view our full Live Arrival Guarantee. Plants and insects are guaranteed only when using overnight or priority shipping services. Temperatures must be between 50-80F. Only packages received in-person by the recipient will be covered. We cannot guarantee packages left unattended by the delivery carrier.
When will my plants ship?
You can click on the link below to view our full shipping policy. Shipments which do not include live plants/insects will be shipped within 1-3 days. Orders containing live products will ship Monday-Wednesday.
What are my shipping options?
In the US, shipping options will include UPS/FedEx/USPS where available. International options are also available, however due to export rules please contact us to make arrangements.
Is your store open to the public? Can I pick my order?
Our locations in Southern California are open to our customers by appointment only and hours will be limited. Please contact us if you'd like to visit or pick-up your order at our store location or would like to make other arrangements. Please contact us to make arrangements a week in advance so that we can plan to accommodate your visit.
Why do I need to create an account and provide an address?
We would like each of our customers to create an account in order to make their experience with us easier. For tax purposes, we require each customer to provide a physical address in order to accurately determine taxable status. This information is strictly for our own records and to assure we remain complaint with all regulations.
