Live Order Shipments
Plants and insects, including any included with our kits, are only shipped Monday-Wednesday of each week to avoid being held up in the Post Office over the weekend.
Dry Good Shipments
Orders not containing live plants will be shipped out within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
Please contact us if you need to arrange to have an order exported. You will be responsible for any extra charges for required permits/phytosanitary certificates, and we will also need extra lead time to arrange and receive required certificates.
Cancelling or Changing an order
Please email us immediately at email@example.com to let us know if an order needs to be changed or cancelled. We will do our best to accomodate requests, but unfortunately cannot make any changes after an order has been shipped.
There are no returns on plants or insects. For dry goods, if the item is unused and unopened you can return it to us within two weeks for a full refund minus any shipping fees. We do not cover the cost of return shipping for a return. If you received the wrong item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange return of the item and ship you the correct one.
